Daily Routine at the Orphanage 

At STEMA Relief Kenya Orphanage, located in Isebania, Migori County, we believe that a stable daily routine grounded in Christian values, education, discipline, and care is essential for the healthy growth of orphaned and vulnerable children. Our daily schedule is designed to nurture children spiritually, academically, emotionally, socially, and physically.

This structured approach helps children develop responsibility, confidence, moral values, and a sense of purpose while preparing them for a brighter future.

Our Daily Schedule

Morning: Spiritual Foundation & Nourishment

• 5:30 am – 6:30 am: Morning devotion, prayers, and Bible reflection
  Children begin the day with thanksgiving, prayer, and moral guidance rooted in Christian faith.

• 6:45 am – 7:30 am: Breakfast
  Nutritious meals to prepare children physically and mentally for the day.

Daytime: Education & Learning

• 8:00 am – 3:30 pm: School classes
  Children attend school and learning programs that support academic excellence, discipline, and personal growth.

Afternoon: Care, Play & Life Skills

• 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Washing, games, and co‑curricular activities
  Time for hygiene, recreation, teamwork, physical fitness, and talent development.

Evening: Nutrition & Academic Support

• 5:45 pm – 6:30 pm: Evening meals
  Balanced supper to ensure proper nutrition and health.

• 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Evening prep and homework
  Supervised study time, mentorship, revision, and academic support.
